- Requirements: Business Visa (single entry or 3/6 month multiple entry)
- Either:
- A letter of invitation from the Saudi sponsor company endorsed by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce
or
- Visa Authority from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Letter of support addressed to the Saudi Embassy from UK/ European employing company (not required if you have Visa Authority from Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- Two passport photos
- Passport (valid at least 6 months and with 2 facing blank pages)
- Completed application form
- Requirements: Special Short-Term Work Visa
- Copy of Visa Authority from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Two passport photos
- Passport (valid at least 6 months and with 2 facing blank pages)
- Completed application form
- Requirements: Work Visa
- Copy of Employment Agreement
- Medical report, which must be authenticated by the UK Foreign Office
- Copy of qualifications relevant to the position
- Copy of visa showing relevant job title for which you are being recruited
- Invitation letter from Saudi company duly stamped by Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Copy of Zakat
- Two passport photos
- Passport (valid at least 6 months and with 2 facing blank pages)
- Completed application form
- Requirements: Family Visit visa
- Copy of visa authority from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia
- Two passport photos
- Passport (valid at least 6 months and with 2 facing blank pages)
- Completed application form
- Requirements: Residency Visa
- Copy of visa authority from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Medical report, which must be authenticated by the UK Foreign Office
- Copy of marriage/birth certificate
- Two passport photos
- Passport (valid at least 6 months and with 2 facing blank pages)
