"au pair" or domestic help will have to show employer's passport and submit copy of the said passport and letter from employer.
All of the above type of letters must certify the applicant's obligation to return after the visit to Indonesia

A letter/invitation from the conference host setting out details, including nature, duration and programme of the conference/seminar.
For other business:
Two supporting letters, each from the applicant’s firm in UK and sponsor/counterpart in Indonesia setting out the reason and duration of the proposed visit, and responsibility for accommodation/maintenance costs.
Copy of written approval from the Immigration Office in Indonesia if the duration of business is to exceed 60 days.
